**Graduate Consultants** with a view to progress a high performing consultant to our Associate programme and ultimately a
**permanent role within a growing firm**.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**
As a
**Graduate Consultant,** you will have the opportunity to work with an array of senior Exent staff ranging from Senior Consultants through to Directors, to assist in the delivery of business process mapping, process diagnostic, platform diagnostic, business process improvement, platform & business architecture, and roadmaps. You will leverage your knowledge, analytical skills, and educational experience to address the client challenges. You will be assigned to a variety of projects, depending on the complexity of the transformation, giving you an opportunity to
**accelerate your learning.**

**Flexibility** This role will ideally be
**20 hours per week **based in our offices in Brisbane, CBD. We are
**very flexible**, just ask our current grads who work from home, client site and in the office. Working hours and days can be flexible to support your study.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a
**Graduate Consultant,** your general responsibilities will be to:

- Carry out research and data collection to understand the client’s organisation.
- Conduct detailed current state process mapping for an entire organisation.
- Capture the detailed variants for all support process as key collateral.
- Research better practices in term of process design, automation scenarios, and products in the Australian and International market.
- Support platform discovery.
- Present findings and recommendations.
- Liaise with the delivery team to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
- Business Process Management, Improvement & Automation skills.
- Business and Commercial knowledge that is necessary to analyse problem and solution recommendation.
- Analytical skills to analyse and solve business problems.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to produce quality deliverables both in content and form.
- Interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with the client and develop long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to convey ideas clearly and comprehensively.
- Research skills to collect data by a survey, online and client interview.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE** To be eligible for this program you must be in your final year of degree, we have a
**range of roles **for you to explore. The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree preferably in management, technology, finance, business administration, economics, statistics, or other business courses.

Experience across either multiple industries / functions or demonstrated expertise in single domain areas. Exent strongly values prior consulting experience.

**WORK LOCATION & TRAVEL** Most of our work is carried out at the office of Exent in the Brisbane CBD but we offer flexible work - work from home, client site or our amazing offices in the city.
