**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering, obtained within the last two years.
- Strong academic record.
- A curious and proactive nature; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to think laterally and innovatively.
- An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities, including strong time management.
- An interest in working on fit out/interiors projects.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, both technically and non-technically.
- Can do attitude.
- Routinely demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, project team and internal teams
- Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Use latest technology - REVIT/AutoCAD, BIM360, Microsoft Office and One Drive
