**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Brewer to join our team. As a Brewer, you will play an integral role in our production process, ensuring high-quality brewing from start to finish. This is a hands-on, permanent position in the heart of our vibrant, north Brisbane location. If brewing is your passion and you have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of the brewing process from grain to glass
- Maintaining and operating brewing equipment
- Monitoring fermentation, conditioning, and packaging processes
- Ensuring quality control and consistency of all products
- Adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with the brewing team to develop new recipes
- Keeping detailed records of brew logs and production data
