Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for events and hospitality? We're seeking a dedicated Catering Administrator to join our dynamic team at RAC Arena. As a Catering Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering department. Your responsibilities will include

**About Role**
- Coordinating catering orders for sporting events
- Preparing detailed estimates for backstage crew catering and riders
- Sourcing and purchasing products for backstage requirements
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Assisting with recruitment and training processes
- Maintaining accurate records and databases

**About You**
- Minimum 12 months of event / hospitality administration experience
- Cert III in Events or Administration or related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
