**Job Type**: Casual Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We pride ourselves on maintaining a pristine environment for our guests, which includes a top-notch swimming pool and well-maintained facilities. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman to join our team and ensure our hotel and pool area remain in excellent condition.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Inspect and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct regular checks of the hotel facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with emergency repairs as needed.
- Keep the maintenance workshop organized and well-stocked.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with swimming pool maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to use common tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
