**Working Hours**:
Anytime between 8am-8pm (Mon-Sat)
Our clinics are open 12hours per day. You select the hours you prefer.

**General Duties**:

- Organize social events and outings- NDIS enquiries about clients and urgent referrals- Delegating tasks to the different clinics and front-end staff- Maintaining network of support coordinators in local areas- Reaching out to obtain new referrals**Clinic Manager KPI roles**:

- Management of KPIs for each clinic and each clinic assistant manager- Timesheets for all staff- Leave requests from all staff- Meetings with all team members on a regular basis- Updating staff on new policies and procedures- HR for front-end staff- Hiring/firing and interviewing- Staff training and induction- Preparing and updating material for training**Facility roles**:

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with facility managers- Feedback and complaints- Maintaining clinic condition in leisure centres- Access passes for all sites- Monthly reporting in Managers meeting- Updating any policies and procedures in each clinic if they are the same or need to be different- Budget management for all clinics- Allocation of funds for each facility for consumables**How we will support you**:

- Dedicated admin team- Dedicated HR and finance team to look after all admin affairs- Dedicated team leaders and team manager in each department- Fully stocked clinics with resources- Ability to have resource packs made up to travel within the community- Back-end processes in place to make daily work easier- Resource budget per discipline per month- Dedicated internal/external supervision and mentoring as well as PD- Opportunities for observation of more experienced/ specialized staff across disciplines.**What's in it for you**:
