We currently have a 12 month fixed term, full time contract for a CRM Functional Specialist to join our Transformation Delivery Team. This role will be based in our Collingwood head office and will report to the Senior Project Manager

The CRM Functional Specialist will focus on the implementation of Dynamics 365 and will work alongside an agile product-based delivery team who are tasked with delivering ongoing optimisation within the platform. As a key resource within the CRM team, this role will be responsible for engaging with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and building solutions within Dynamics 365.

**What you will be doing**
- Conduct workshops with business SMEs to gather requirements and understand business processes and objectives
- Configure and customise the Dynamics 365 system using out-of-the-box capabilities, such as Business Rules, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, Model Driven Apps
- Work with technical resources to manage deployments to ensure solutions and schema remain consistent across all environments
- Conduct thorough testing of the configured solution to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with requirements
- Provide on-going support to business users to address any issues and assist with further enhancements
- Design, build and maintain documentation of new features and solutions.

**What you will bring**
- Demonstrable experience working as a functional resource on enterprise level Dynamics 365 projects
- Experience working across the project lifecycle - ideation through to delivery
- Able to work closely with technical staff such as developers, Solution Architects, platform engineers and Integration and Automation Team Members
- Working closely with the business in the design, building, testing and implementation across their various projects such as re-building and re-designing their front end and back end solutions
- Able to work efficiently and effectively across Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Demonstrable experience with functional documentation
- Ability to document and share knowledge of what you do
- Proficient stakeholder management skills
- A vibrant personality who values a collaborative way to working
- Must be a self-starting and highly motivated results driven individua
- Ability to represent the organisation and lead discussions external suppliers
- Experience in Financial Services, lending and banking highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or IT and/or relevant industry accreditations is preferred but not essential
- Understanding of Integration Platforms, Microservices and APIs
- Exposure and understanding or Project and/or Product development lifecycle (PMP, Agile, Prince etc)
- Foundational understanding of data integration is desirable
- Understanding of desktop, process and data automation solutions and techniques
- Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, aspiration, values and brand as well as the B Corp ethos.
