We are seeking a talented individual to drive all aspects of marketing and brand initiatives for a global medical device company to support the growth of a new business unit in Healthcare Information technology. As the Product Manager you will implement a Marketing Driven-Sales Lead strategy and provide expert support to the sales team.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the portfolio
- Provide training and coaching to sales reps and channel partners
- Drive partnerships with key customers for studies, whitepapers, and testimonials
- Identify and capitalise on new product and marketing opportunities
- Lead product launches and projects for market growth
- Establish strong communication with global counterparts
- Conduct market analysis and participate in industry events

**Requirements**:

- Marketing experience, preferably in healthcare IT or marketing/sales
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, media, and graphic design
- Knowledge of multi-channel or vertical marketing
- Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Post-graduate studies in business, technology, marketing, or health
