Federal government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is currently seeking a Research Manager, to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.

**About the role**

As a Research Manager, you will manage an implementation and effectiveness evaluation of a pre-emptive pilot program for infants showing early behavioral signs of autism in Western Australia. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

- Work with external and internal stakeholders to scope, deliver and govern the evaluation
- Collect and analyze a range of quantitative, qualitative and survey data
- Design and conduct other research projects, including working with people with various types of disabilities and from various cultural backgrounds
- Communicate and support the implementation of research findings

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Proven background in systematic review and research / evidence synthesis
- Prior research experience in disability, psychology, medicine, epidemiology, education, economics, social science, statistics or related fields is a must
- Meta-analysis or statistical modelling is highly desirable but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Benefits**
