**About the role**:
In this role you will be the first point of contract to all Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) internal staff members who require assistance with IT related enquires.

Reporting to the DTT Service Desk Manager you will conduct analysis and classify first and second level support for any computer related requests and faults logged with the Service Desk. Proactively resolve IT issues by solving the problem or referring to the relevant staff member for resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy and efficiency of the IT call logging system including recording, monitoring and updating all incidents in the logging system while maintaining close contact with users to keep them informed and ensure they receive a satisfactory result.

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including your ability to communicate effectively with internal clients at all levels.
