You will be needed to be passionate about improving the lives of the clients that you help by offering them high-quality one-on-one assistance. You will work as a support worker to deliver safe, efficient care that is adapted to your client's needs.

As needed, duties may include fostering independence and offering assistance with any of the following:

- Support with personal care bathing, getting dressed and grooming.
- Help with household duties like meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other chores.
- Travel and social interaction.
- Support at home for fostering health and happiness.
- Encourage Participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
- Support and companionship while enabling meaningful and purposeful daily activities.
- Aid in Accessing Community, Social, and Recreational Activities.
- Support for Behavioural and Mental Health.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Driving Licence
- Worker Screening Check for NDIS
- Minimum One-year Experience in similar field
- Police Check
- Certified in First Aid (preferred)
- Working with children check (preferred)
- Certificate of Completion for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (can be obtained after receiving a job offer)
- Certificate of Vaccination for COVID-19
- a positive mindset

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $38.00 per hour
