**Role Overview**:
As a leader in Family Preservation, you'll guide a talented team of up to seven case managers. Your mission: delivering crucial services to families on the brink within the child protection system. Your leadership will be key in nurturing their skills, ensuring our families receive the highest standard of care and safety.

You're not just a team leader; you're a pivotal part of our operations, contributing significantly to our broader goals and vision.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of leadership in Child Protection/Permanency Support/Out of Home Care, or five years in Child Protection Case Management.
- Proven ability in supervising and mentoring case managers.
- Deep understanding of risk assessment and management in child protection.
- Knowledgeable in child protection legislation and frameworks.
- Skilled in engaging with diverse stakeholders and government entities.
- Leadership and management qualifications are a plus.

**Requirements**:

- COVID-19 vaccination or an exemption.
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Vulnerable People Check
- Undergo a National Criminal History Check
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Eligibility to work in Australia
