**About the Warehouse Team Leader/Warehouse Supervisor Role**:
As the **Warehouse Team Leader **, you will be responsible for overcoming daily logístical challenges to ensure our warehouse operations runs smoothly. You will lead, motivate and empower employees, thus maximising both customer and employee satisfaction. Responsible for providing a safe working environment, free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections, and implementing preventative and corrective actions.
**What you’ll bring to Warehouse Supervisor role**:
- Prior warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience using SAP would be advantageous
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for health & safety
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
**Please note hours **- Monday to Friday, **5am - 1pm **. A level of flexibility may be required at times.
