**About the Role**
This is a great opportunity for a UX Researcher to support digital transformation by delivering student experience insights. Your role will be pivotal in integrating the voice of students into decision-making. Our team is known for its supportiveness, openness, and collaborative spirit. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Service designers, UX designers and student services stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Journey Mapping: mapping user journeys or user flows, representing these in journey management software and maintaining the journeys
- User Research Planning: understanding stakeholder needs and how these relate to program goals before translating these into robust, feasible research methodologies ,
- Qualitative Research: facilitation of one-one-one interviews and workshops to deliver against research objectives
- Data Analysis: synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform design decisions
- Knowledge Management: cataloguing insights, templates, tools and resources for broader access

**Who we are looking for**
We're seeking an experienced UX Researcher with strong communication skills, capable of articulating project details clearly. Additionally, you're collaborative, curious, optimistic, passionate, and resilient.

You will also have:

- Demonstrated skills in planning, coordinating and delivering qualitative or UX research to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated analytic and research skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to define ddesign problems, opportunities and insights.
- Experience delivering qualitative or UX research from brief taking to delivery of insights
