As part of our growth, we’re looking for motivated individuals with a drive for doing things differently and who can adapt to changing conditions as part of a fast-emerging business.
The position will be responsible for the initial setup and design of this SMB product then eventually be responsible for a team of “Hunter” Sales representatives to drive the growth of new customers in the SMB sector. You must be a hunter who isn’t afraid of knocking down doors and have a high commercial acumen and ability to explain complex return on investments across a diverse range of industries. Depending on your location you will travel regularly covering customers across Australia.
The purpose of the role is to:
- initial setup and design of this SMB product
- Prospect new business and new sales through a combination of cold calling, phone demonstrations, face to face meetings, networking and closing warm leads.
- Preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ensuring all activity is recorded in our internal systems
- Work with stakeholders across the team and the customers business to develop and execute roll out implementation plans
- Ongoing engagement with customer, ensuring Netlogix is embedded in their business
- Growing, on-boarding, sign up, training and ongoing management of referral partners
- Taking a strategic view to growth and sharing experiences with the Australian team
- Working with all internal teams such as the operations and finance teams to ensure all elements of the sales process are accurate and executed.
- Working with internal stakeholders, including product & technology teams to ensure you have the knowledge required to sell Netlogix range of product and services.
- Lead a team of sales representatives
