Talent International is searching for experienced Governance Reporting Officer to join our client, a large government body providing services to the QLD community. This is a contract based in Brisbane until the end of December, 2023.

**About the Role**:
Some of the core responsibilities of this role include:

- Preparation and delivery of reports, including service provider data sets, performance monitoring, and review and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports, in preparation for service provider meetings, for consumption at Executive level.
- Consult and liaise effectively with F&DS staff and stakeholders on agency performance, planning and governance issues
- Assist in the development, implementation and overview of appropriate strategies, policies, standards and guidelines regarding division performance, planning and governance issues
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, submissions and briefing notes.

This role largely relates to completing regular monthly and quarterly summary reporting for Service Performance and Audit Action tracking. This involves:

- Utilising existing templates to construct reports within agreed existing timelines and standards (MS Office suite)
- Contacting specified personnel to obtain required information (some is provided routinely and some requires individual follow-up)

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Advanced user - Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills including excellent written and verbal English
- Successful experience compiling detailed reports in a timely manner utilising a range of source information
- Strong stakeholder management and planning ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desirable_
- Knowledge and understanding of a contemporary ICT environment, including services-based operating model and associated performance monitoring practices
- Experience in Government or similar context
