We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Central Support Services Team within the Human Resources Department at the University. Our team provides a high level of support to the Senior Management Team and wider HR colleagues. This is a wide-ranging role, enabling you to work directly with our HR Directors by providing effective and high standard professional support. You like working in a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and manage your workload efficiently. What is the advantage? Your day will never be the same and you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including diary management, supporting our team and working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Director of HR, with the possibility to cover when necessary.

You are educated to A level (or equivalent) with some hands-on experience or can demonstrate working experience in the similar role. You will have the ability to use Microsoft Office 365 confidently and can prove your excellent IT skills.
