**Job Title: Full time - Associate Financial Adviser - Pathway to Adviser - PY Year**

**Salary: $70,000 plus superannuation**

**Tasks**:

- Interviewing clients and collecting information on their income, expenses, Superannuation, insurance coverage, tax status and objectives.
- Analysing clients’ financial situation and formulating strategies according to their goals which includes on investments, SMSF and insurance
- Conducting thorough research on market trends, investment options, tax laws/regulations etc Preparing accurate Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)
- New business implementation
- Assisting in all marketing and business development activities and all general administration to Group
- Facilitating annual reviews, including strategic and investment advice
- Attending monthly Compliance meetings, writing minutes and following up any matter arising
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Comply with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Min Bachelor degree meeting all relevant FASEA requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Hold at least provisional license and have passed the advisor exam
- Experience working with complex strategy
- Knowledge of Xplan is essential
- Excels in time management, adhering to deadlines and efficient workflow.
- Proactive & solution driven
- Professional communication & confidence to meet with clients in person.
- Attention to detail & ability manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney Central Business District, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
