Title: Technical Sales Representative

Location: Melbourne, Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Preparing proposals and quotes for customers and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Working closely with the engineering and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Attending industry events and conferences to keep up-to-date with market trends and competition.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-7 years of sales experience selling mechanical products such as gear boxes, bearings, drives or actual conveyor systems.
- Mechanical or trade background with strong technical aptitude.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
