**Technical Sales Representative**
4Ddoors is an innovative leader within the Garage Door & Gate industry, providing the highest level of service and quality products to our customers. We are proudly Australian owned.
We are currently looking to grow our successful sales team, with a highly motivated Commercial and Industrial Technical Sales Representative to commence immediately. This position will require an industry expert in Hormann Garage Door products and have detailed and direct knowledge and experience with Hormann Doors. You will be required to service an existing customer base as well as generate new business opportunities through acquisition of new builders, property developers and other industry decision makers. The position involves preparation and delivery of quotes, commercial tenders, and various reporting. As a member of our highly talented team, it is expected that you will be able to efficiently interact with our all parts of the business to drive and deliver a memorable customer experience.
A competitive salary will be paid, based on experience.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
**Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience with the Commercial and Industrial product suite of Hormann Garage Doors.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the selling of Industrial and Commercial Hormann products to the industry.
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience in the Hormann Garage Door Suite.
- Minimum 5 years in the installation of commercial and industrial Hormann Door product suite.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Create a sales pipeline of potential partners in the Commercial and Industrial market using Hormann Garage Doors.
- Gain an understanding of the current product landscape and create solutions against competitors’ goods and services.
- Build new relationships with key stakeholders with regular visits to explore and create sales opportunities.
- Create detailed quotes for prospective customers, complete regular scheduled follow up on quotes created.
- Create orders from accepted quotations and finalise all necessary actions on contracts.
- Ensure all orders are correct and complete detailed site check and final measure.
- Support the Field Service teams to ensure all goods, services and installations are completed to the manufacturers and 4D standards.
- Complete detailed forecasting of sales with General Manager
- Complete detailed follow up with clients and survey satisfaction of goods and services provided.
- Be available for problem solving with both our client base, key stakeholders, sales teams and field service teams to ensure contracts are completed on time and budget.
