Are you a dynamic HR professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional support and advice across a diverse organization? Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team This is an exciting opportunity to balance strategic workforce initiatives with operational HR in an organisation that is small enough to know the workforce and big enough to grow and develop your strategic capability.

This exciting shift presents a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our multi-disciplinary organization, dedicated to shaping and achieving organizational outcomes, and delivering modern, practical services to our community.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role, you'll provide expert support and guidance in various HR areas, including workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and performance improvement for a diverse workgroup.

Collaborating with the business, you'll develop a deep understanding of people strategies and business needs. As a key member of our close-knit HR team, you'll offer commercially focused HR consulting that ensures the effective delivery of both strategic and day-to-day HR services to your dedicated client group.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented HR practitioner who thrives on challenges and aims to make a lasting impact. We're seeking someone with the ability to see projects through to successful completion and a strong focus on collaboration to align HR initiatives with business goals and achieve results through others.
- With relevant tertiary qualifications and in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations, you're ready to hit the ground running.
- A persuasive communicator, capable of influencing at all levels and dedicated to driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- This role requires travel between sites, so a Class C driver's license is essential. If you're ready to join our team and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you
