- Prompcorp is a leading Australian Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Services business, providing a full array of services to our clients in the convenience of a single supply stream. Our business operates at a National level across both Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and ambitious individual to join our team located at Unilever, North Rocks._
The Role
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, and ensure induction is completed
- Provide Facilities & Office Services supervision & support for the business at Unilever and other sites as required
- Reception & Switchboard
- Car Park - provide access and manage visitor parking car keys at Reception
- Administrations tasks - H&M jobs, phone lists, staff photos, issue temporary access cards to employees & contractors and others as per detailed task list
- Employee and contractor inductions - printing, marking, soft and hard filing
- Update the ARC system with Joiner/leavers/movers.
- Create and delete new users through ATEA
Skills and Qualifications
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Diploma in Business Administration or similar (preferable)
- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Completion of year 12
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
