**What's on offer?**:
Our Projects team partner with some of Victoria’s leading land developers to provide quality townhouses. As a Draftsperson you will use Archicad software to coordinate supporting documentation, feasibility plans and working drawings.

You will ensure the Preconstruction and Constructions drawings are managed and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing drawings including construction details
- Ensuring plans are quality checked
- Drawings and documentation reflect dispensations, Council and Developer requirements
- Preparing Feasibility plans, obtaining Developer approvals and Town planning permits
- Ensuring plans comply with building practices

**What can you bring?**:
You will have production drafting experience using Archicad or similar 3D software. Your understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, construction techniques and procedures will ensure your ongoing success.

You will also have:

- Cert IV in Residential Drafting (or similar)
- Knowledge of Construction and Residential codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
- Accuracy, neatness and patience in drawing work
