**Trainee Store Managers**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and customer service excellence. In addition you will have:

- Leadership / supervisory experience ideally working in large format retail stores;
- Understanding or Exposure to store financial reporting including P&L (operating report), Rosters and Budgets;
- Worked within a team to deliver results;
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders;
- Work towards KPIs and targets at a swift pace;
- Finally you have a passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.

**The successful individual will**:

- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
- Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team
- Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi network operation
- Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
