**About the position**

Council’s Waste Circularity Department is looking for a Community Education Officer - Kerbside Reform who will be responsible for engaging and liaising between Council and the community to provide education, information and support on the new four bin system throughout the Municipality.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Engage and consult with the community and provide education to residents and the community on the new kerbside waste reform;
- To support residents to be able to embrace the new four bin system with confidence and understanding; and
- Investigate issues that arise from the kerbside waste collection services new four bin system.

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week.

**About you**
- Knowledge and understanding of the concepts and objectives of the Kerbside Waste Reform;
- Well-developed investigative and case management skills, with a demonstrated commitment to time compliance outcomes;
- Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from residents, key stakeholders and collection contractors;
- Current Victorian drivers' licence.
