**Our Graduate Opportunity**

We are looking for a talented Design Graduate to join our Urban Design Development team, assisting us in the delivery of Victorian based land development projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best whilst being mentored and motivated to forge your career in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture & Architecture, consulting to the Land Development industry.

**How You Will Contribute**
- Production of various plans including but not limited to:
- Concept plans;
- Development plans;
- Masterplans;
- Plans of Subdivision;
- Site analysis;
- Design response.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings from hand-drawn concepts;
- Lot yield analysis and investigation;
- Site context analysis;
- Consult with Council and other involved parties to obtain information relevant to submissions and project completion;

**Our Ideal Person**

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Bachelors or Master of either Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture;
- A developing knowledge of state planning legislation and trends in the development industry;
- Ability to produce design solutions in both urban and rural contexts;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD skills;
- Ability to liaise with a wide variety of people, including government bodies, consultants, developers and residential clients;
