**The Job**:
We are on the hunt for an Analytics Manager across HOYTS Exhibition. This is a Fixed-Term Maternity Leave Cover for 12 months starting May 2023. You will be focused and hardworking with strong quantitative reasoning. Your main responsibility will be to make informed decisions, identify opportunities or risk areas and generally to build value by providing timely and insightful information and recommendations through a combination of regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis. Your research will empower HOYTS business leaders to make inspired decisions. This role is in our fantastic office in George St, Sydney and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Other key responsibilities include:

- Timely and accurate reporting of financial results
- Analysing key performance indicators, including, purpose, calculation and usefulness
- Presents thorough and insightful analysis of results to stakeholders
- Maintaining a knowledge of upcoming films that will enable assessment and forecasting
- Develop a loyalty analytics function and work with key stakeholders to identify useful performance indicators

**Who we are looking for**:
It goes without saying you’ll be a top performer with a CA / CPA qualification. We’re looking for someone passionate about the movie industry and interested in using data to drive the business forward. We’re also looking for someone with:

- Excellent business partnering skills.
- Previous experience in managing a variety of stakeholders cross-functionality.
- Strong experience in modelling and database management.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Budget and LRP modelling.
- Results and achievement orientated; ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced in Microsoft office Suite.
