**About the role**:
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing properties for the company’s programs, setting up the properties, lease management, and the ongoing management of each site, including equipment, services, and repairs.

This opportunity will suit you if you are an experienced, qualified Facility/Property management professional, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, while providing excellent customer service.

To be successful you must be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, results oriented and able to deliver results on time and under pressure.

Work from home is offered 2 days per week with 3 days in the office.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Diploma level qualification in Facility Management, or similar and/or;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar facility/property management role;
- Experience working in fast-paced environment, in a business undergoing rapid growth;
- Self-motivation, able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Must understand leases and property management;
- The ability to work to deadlines whilst delivering quality outcomes;
- Strong PC and administration skills;
- Exemplary communication skills;
- Understanding of safety regulations and legislations;
- Understanding of ISO 27001 and 9001;
- Experience with coordination of building trades and contract management;
- Experienced in reading and negotiating leases and legal requirements;
- Experience with Property maintenance software;
- Must have an Open Drivers Licence;
- Flexibility for some travel as required.
