Gough Recruitment is pleased to partner with Zupp Property Group in recruiting a skilled Portfolio Facilities Manager for their diverse commercial property portfolio.
As the Portfolio Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation, day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, risk management, financial performance, and sustainability of the portfolio.
You will work closely with the Senior Project & Facilities Manager, property managers, and finance teams to ensure the highest standards of asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of operational management to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Development of strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Management of external facilities managers and helpdesk teams.
- Regular property inspections and site visits.
- Assistance in preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
- Support for development and refurbishment projects as required.
- Implementation and oversight of procurement processes and preventative maintenance programs.
- Risk identification and mitigation within the portfolio.
- Assistance in managing insurance claims and reinstatement works.
- Maintenance and administration of key operational systems such as BMS, WHS programs, and security controls.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management.
- Trade and/or WHS qualifications highly regarded.
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a strong customer service ethic.
- Strong financial literacy and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Office Suite, WHS programs, and BMS systems.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
