Gough Recruitment is pleased to partner with Zupp Property Group in recruiting a skilled Portfolio Facilities Manager for their diverse commercial property portfolio.

As the Portfolio Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation, day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, risk management, financial performance, and sustainability of the portfolio.

You will work closely with the Senior Project & Facilities Manager, property managers, and finance teams to ensure the highest standards of asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of operational management to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  2. Development of strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
  3. Management of external facilities managers and helpdesk teams.
  4. Regular property inspections and site visits.
  5. Assistance in preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
  6. Support for development and refurbishment projects as required.
  7. Implementation and oversight of procurement processes and preventative maintenance programs.
  8. Risk identification and mitigation within the portfolio.
  9. Assistance in managing insurance claims and reinstatement works.
  10. Maintenance and administration of key operational systems such as BMS, WHS programs, and security controls.

About You

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management.
  2. Trade and/or WHS qualifications highly regarded.
  3. A proactive, team-focused attitude with a strong customer service ethic.
  4. Strong financial literacy and budgeting skills.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  6. Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.
  7. Proficiency in IT systems, including Office Suite, WHS programs, and BMS systems.
  8. Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
