Service Management Manager

Reporting to the Head of Support Services within Technology Enablement, as the Manager Service Management Design & Integration you will bring relevant experience to the organisation to lead, shape and improve Service Management within the organisation, uplifting capabilities, and building a high performing team to improve service outcomes for our customers.

Defining the framework for the design and integration of service management solutions, working across the value chain, this role will lead a team of professionals to mature capabilities, driving the adoption of practices and processes across the organisation to standardise service delivery to customers across both corporate IT and mission critical operational technology.

You will be an integral member of the Support Services management team, building and maintaining a high-performing and accountable team, and influencing senior programme stakeholders, in the successful delivery of service outcomes for customers within the organisation.

**Competencies**
- A strong customer service ethos, putting the customer at the centre of services and solutions.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of IT service principles and frameworks e.g., ITIL, SIAM, ISO20000, COBIT, processes, ITSM tools, and best practice methods.
- Demonstrated experience in operating service management teams responsible for design and integration, maturing capability (people, skills, processes, tools, and templates) to deliver value to customers and the organisation.
- Experience in driving continual process or service improvement initiatives, including developing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Experience working in complex technology change or transformation programmes with knowledge of project methodologies and practices.
- Thorough knowledge and ability to analyse organisational needs and develop solutions that meet strategic and operational requirements.

Pay: $153,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
