**About the Role**

Based at our Adelaide Office, the Sustainability Adviser will Support the development and project management of Santos’ ESG reporting including Sustainability

Key accountabilities include:

- Support the external ESG reporting suite, including the development of a clear and cohesive narrative across ESG reporting and sustainability pillars plus project management, verification, and assurance processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of Santos’ annual ESG master data, including verification and assurance.
- External ESG reporting - Working with the business to develop a clear and cohesive narrative. Supporting the delivery of Santos’ annual ESG reporting
- ESG strategy implementation and performance management - Support the development of clear targets, develop appropriate systems and processes, oversee regular sustainability performance reporting

**About You**

You will:

- Have an understanding relevant sustainability frameworks and reporting
- Project management/experience driving cross-organisational outcomes
- Have experience/interest in data management, analysis and uplift
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and be highly competent in word, powerpoint
- Have a high level of attention to detail

Ideally, you will be degree qualified in sustainability, environmental engineering, social science/ policy, accounting.
