**Position Descriptor**:
The Administration & Reception Officer is responsible for the provision of high standard clerical/reception support to staff, students, parents and the broader community including international visitors. A comprehensive knowledge of all school operations is required in this role and contributes to the smooth functioning of all support teams in the School.
- The incumbent provides a support role to the Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Leader and other Leaders to ensure information is shared appropriately regarding the nature and tone of enquiries received at Reception via phone or in person. The incumbent will also undertake a range of clerical duties to support the administration functions of the school.

The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent.
