Only About Children: Norton Plaza is nestled in the hub of shops and cafes and offers a convenient spot for our team. The campus hosts 6 well-resourced learning environments and 2 spacious outdoor environments as well as a rich curriculum involving many community excursions.

**Your exciting new educator role**:
We are excited to introduce you to our thriving and friendly team at Leichhardt Norton Plaza.

In 2025, You will take on the role of educator in the Preschool room. You will work alongside an experienced room leader and collaboratively cater for the children's needs. We currently have 20 Preschoolers in this room. Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.

We look forward to supporting you in creating and delivering an exceptional program that is built around your relationships with children and families. We have all the tools to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic OAC grow curriculum developed by experts in the ECE sector.

You will receive sector leading mentoring from our inhouse team as well as resources from the OAC Education and Pedagogy leaders whilst sharing your strengths with your team.
