**Job Description** Are you a B2B marketing mastermind with a passion for keeping things cool? Do you thrive in building relationships and driving sales through strategic partnerships? If so, we want you on our team**
We're seeking a passionate Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and sales growth within our target channels. You'll bridge marketing and sales, ensuring our cutting-edge air conditioning units are effectively positioned and promoted through our B2B partners.
This is your chance to become an expert in local market brand development for our company. You'll focus on creating and executing marketing strategies specifically designed to support distributors, contractors, and wholesalers - the middlemen who bring our products to consumers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute B2B trade marketing plans aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives for air conditioning products
- Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our air conditioning solutions
- Develop and oversee contractor cooperative marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness
- Manage incentive programs designed to drive B2B customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create impactful co-branded campaigns and promotions with contractors and wholesalers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at HVAC contractors and wholesalers
- Analyse trade marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in promoting air conditioning solutions
- Develop strategies to optimise product placement and visibility within contractor and wholesaler showrooms, highlighting features and benefits for B2B customers
- Manage trade marketing budgets for HVAC channels, optimising resource allocation for maximum impact
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B trade marketing role, ideally within the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns ideally for HVAC products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with B2B partners in the HVAC sector
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (a plus)
