Reporting to the Group Manager of Client Solutions, the **Condition Monitoring Supervisor** serves as the primary point of contact for customers with equipment covered by WesTrac contracts. This includes CVAs like FitFleet, as well as other agreements such as Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R’s).

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Customer Value Agreements (CVA) to secure financial compensation from Caterpillar. You will also provide mentorship to a team of Condition Monitoring and Asset Health Analysts, ensuring collaboration with branch service personnel for the smooth execution of our contractual obligations.

The position also involves spearheading ad hoc projects focused on asset health and condition monitoring with WesTrac’s key customers.

**Location**: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5 hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Trade qualification in mobile maintenance coupled with previous hands-on experience
- Post-qualification expertise in mobile equipment maintenance costs, budgets, and Equipment Maintenance Planning
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Outstanding customer service abilities, adept at building and sustaining effective working relationships
- Highly developed attention to detail and a capability of identifying continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Desirable experience in equipment management systems (e.g., Asset Management Tool AMT), condition monitoring, and equipment Life Cycle Cost (LCC)
