**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the design, plan and delivery of a new digital portal. This is a 12 month assignment paying $754.20 per day and will be based in Richmond or Geelong.

**Duties include;**
- Oversee the governance of Digital programs across all phases
- Lead engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
- Facilitate workshops to capture insights around user and customer experience gaps and current processes
- Conduct return on investment analysis on potential functionality
- Facilitate ongoing consultation through product development stages

**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Ability to lead a diverse team with excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Strong customer focus and accessibility awareness
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills
- Previous experience working with Salesforce and SAP technical specialists to deliver improvements
- Workable knowledge and experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work in an agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Lived experience or understanding of disability would be desirable
