**Base salary starting from $194,700 plus super (dependent upon experience)**

**About You**:
As** Manager IT Commercial and Planning** you will bring your skills and experience across the corporate IT management function by providing both strategic and high-level technical advice. You have experience in leading and executing IT strategies and initiatives across stakeholder groups.

**From a practical perspective your skills and experience might include**:

- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or commensurate experience (Finance, Business, or ICT Project Delivery).
- At least five years’ experience providing program and project delivery solutions in a technology discipline > $10M per annum.
- At least five years' experience in a senior leadership role focused on collaboration with senior stakeholders across a business and external commercial IT vendors or business relationships.

**Key to your success will be your**:

- Ability to provide high levels of leadership, mentoring and coaching to all team members to actively develop a high performing team and capability uplift.
- Ability to build and maintain strong and robust relationships with internal customers including executive management and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the ownership, development and delivery of corporate management practices and strategic imperatives through internal teams to meet stakeholder expectations.

**About the role**:
As **Manager IT Commercial and Planning** you’ll work to deliver and manage a broad range of strategic and financial initiatives which involve identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement within your team and across the business. You will build strong stakeholder relationships (including a diverse range of internal customers and external vendors) while leading and supporting your team to deliver quality services across the business. Key to success in this role will also involve your commercial and budgeting aptitude as well as delivering high technical standards of financial and risk management for programs of work, initiatives, and resources.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the team to grow the business through efficient and effective project delivery whilst maintaining a focus on quality, innovation, training, and the use of new methodologies that adds value. You will also have the capability to build and lead the planning, resource, and vendor functions to ensure the IT department aligns and delivers to its strategy and business unit plans.
