**Skills and experience**
- One year’s experience in residential sales, channel sales or project sales.
- Must have completed secondary college education.
- Minimum requirement of Agents Representative Certificate.
- Car with a valid driver's licence.
- Competent in English.
- Due to the existing clients’ needs, competence in Mandarin is needed.
- A friendly and "can-do" attitude.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
