**Location**: Sydney

**Employment type**: Permanent full-time

**Stakeholders**: Hiring Managers across the business

**Ordinary hours of work**: 38 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be required to perform the duties of the role.

**Salary**: To be discussed.

**Other expectations**: Regular interstate travel is expected. In-person attendance at the annual company gathering on a Saturday plus in-person attendance at Quarterly leadership meetings (weekdays) is expected.

**Your role**

A new and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development specialist to make a genuine impact in a rapidly growing business. Hub Australia prides itself on being one of Australia’s best places to work and our Learning and Development program will play a crucial role within this into the future.

Sitting within the People & Culture team, you will create, oversee, and manage all learning & development tasks and initiatives nation-wide. With the help of a small team, you will manage our L&D program, compliance, training budgets, training days, career pathways and succession planning for a wide array of teams and roles.

We are looking for an innovative and passionate thinker who treats every person as an individual to allow our team members to develop and grow into the future leaders of our organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and delivering programs tailored to specific needs, audience and performance development outcomes;
- Create, structure and facilitate both group and individual training sessions and pathways, across the organisation on various topics or skills;
- Conduct skills needs assessments / analysis and formulate innovative and concise training material;
- Work with our Managers to identify training and development needs for teams or individuals;
- Conduct regular check-ins with Managers as required;
- You will have recurring checkins with Managers at all levels of the business;
- Managing BAU L&D activities such as onboarding, team training sessions and coaching programs, compliance, risk and compliance training and training metrics;
- Managing and developing the L&D team and leading L&D projects and initiatives;
- Managing and engaging a group of Subject Matter Experts to allow for training of complex and high strategic learning and development;
- Take the initiative to identify training and learning needs that will facilitate the readiness and smooth delivery of organisational-wide change programs;
- LMS design, implementation, and platform management;
- Establish ongoing data collection to measure the impact, effectiveness, and ROI of learning and development initiatives, and create insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement;
- Talent management to identify emerging leaders and leadership development;
- Implement an employee feedback system to facilitate continuous improvement;
- Develop an annual training calendar and conduct an ongoing training needs analysis;
- Source and collaborate with external learning partner
