What you’ll contribute to

This role is based in Altona North and is on a Max term basis until August 2023.

How you’ll make an impact- Conducts end to end management of all Guest cases escalated from the GEC FCR team including enquiries, simple complaints, complex complaints and serious case management- Liaises directly with all required Stakeholders in order to find a resolution that satisfies all parties in a timely and efficient manner.- Collaborates closely with Dealers to facilitate the early identification and resolution of issues in order to reach an agreed Guest solution.- Implements agreed Guest Experience Centre processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve Guest Experience Centre objectives.
