**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
The role of the Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality reception and administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This involves completing the patient journey (admitting, discharging, arriving, departing and transferring) on various patient management systems. You will be greeting patients and visitors and responding to enquiries. You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health Program
- Various shifts available based on a 7 Day a Week rotating roster, covering unplanned and annual leave.
- This role requires the flexibility to support both Acute Inpatient and Community services at various sites across Wyndham and Footscray.

**ABOUT YOU**:
- Demonstrated administrative and MS Office skills. iPM, CMi, and Mastercare desirable.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Proven problem solving, ability to work autonomously, time management skills and multi tasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**ABOUT US**:
Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (South West Area Mental Health Service) is a public mental health service supporting people in south west metropolitan Melbourne with severe and complex mental illnesses by providing acute and community-based care. Services are available to adults through acute inpatient programs, residential rehabilitation programs and crisis and community recovery-focused treatment programs. We also deliver inpatient and community specialist perinatal mental health services to women and infants in western Victoria.
