Our client is a highly reputable shopping centre landlord with some iconic shopping centres in their portfolio. You will be joining a large team of retail marketing experts who are supportive, collaborative, and regularly meet together to support the sharing of ideas.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this exciting opportunity will see you responsible for creating and implementing an innovative marketing strategy for this stand-out shopping centre located within a fantastic local community in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

**Duties**:

- Management of marketing budget and financials
- Execution of the centre marketing plan and campaigns
- Liaising with retailers, customers, agencies and the community on promotions and events
- Drive customer engagement and foot traffic to the centre
- ROI reporting on success of campaigns and initiatives

**The skills and experience required for this role**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager or;
- Be an Assistant Marketing Manager with shopping centre marketing experience looking to step up into a manager’s role
- Strong experience with digital and social media marketing strategies
- Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community
- A collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with customers/guests and retailers/operators
