**About the role**:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our expanding Home Community Care Services Team. Our field team provide essential services to our clients maintaining and enhancing their homes, their standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.
- **What will you be responsible for?**_
- Front of house reception duties - answering incoming calls,
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Duties including some data entry.
- Provide administrative support.
- Scheduling Clients Bookings & Manage Calendar entries.
- Assist with projects across various departments as required.
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required commensurate with your position and abilities.
- Be available to work 12-5pm Monday to Friday
- **To be successful in this role, you will**:_
- have previous experience in a reception and/or customer relations role.
- have a strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
- have outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable.
- have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- have intermediate PC skills.
- be a team player and
- be able to work autonomously.
- display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- be able to balance competing priorities and tasks while ensuring timely service.
- enjoy working within a small team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Deception Bay, QLD 4508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 5 years (preferred)
