**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and promote company products.
- **Office Management**:
- Assist in daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and functionality.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and organizational protocols.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline communication and workflow processes.
- Support executive team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels with the purchasing team and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and manage inventory replenishment processes.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track product movement, identify trends, and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with finance and purchasing teams to forecast demand and maintain cost-effective inventory levels.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Support office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
**Key Skills**:
- Proven experience 5-7 years in customer service and office management roles within the food service industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and experience with inventory management systems such as Unleashed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software a bonus.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
**Internal Contacts**: You will collaborate with our Accounts team, Purchasing team, Warehouse Staff, Drivers, and Senior Management.
**External Contacts**: Key Customers, Suppliers and Third-party vendors.
**Schedule**: Full-time. Start immediately.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5+ year’s experience in Customer Service within the Food service and Distribution industry

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
