**To be successful in this role you will have;**
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working within the finance sector
- Utilised databases / CRM's previously
- A personable nature, and the ability to interact with differing clients and their needs
- Strong attention to detail and high organisational skills

**Responsibilities for this role include;**
- Customer Service includes: answering calls and tending to all client questions and issues, client interaction and diary/appointment management.
- Office Administration involving: Lodgement of new business, CRM management - managing rollover etc, scanning of documents, following up on outstanding rollovers, management of stationery needs and other ad hoc duties as required
- Marketing Campaigns: request listings from client database, manage to issue monthly review letters, assist with seminars and functions and mailouts including half-yearly newsletters and another regular contact.
- Database management: Maintenance of Client Database, filing and management of void client files
- Assisting planners and managers with any other ad hoc duties as required.
