**Position Overview**

As a Recruitment and On-boarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding top talent for the organisation's diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing CVs submitted to the organisation's online database.
- Managing the on-boarding process, including collecting licenses and necessary documentation from new employees.
- Coordinating payroll information and collaborating closely with the accounts team.
- Ensuring all approved employees complete their online inductions and following up as needed.
- Handling time-sheet entries and addressing any related pay inquiries.
- Assisting in the uploading of essential QA documents as provided by the QA team.
- Operating within a casual employment role, Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 4.30pm.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in recruitment and on-boarding, preferably within the construction industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A Construction Induction Card is an absolute must.
