Hyber is a specialist cyber security search firm. We are seeking a Brand & Advertising Strategist to join our team on a full time basis to assist us with taking our business to the next level. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns and position Hyber as a first-in-class recruitment agency. Your primary focus will be on promoting our firm's brand, and recruitment services, and developing and implementing suitable advertising campaign strategies to deliver results for our clients. A salary of $70,000 - 80,000 (negotiable depending on experience) is on offer.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive advertising and campaign strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitor insights.

3. Define recruitment goals and advise on the creation of tailored campaigns aligned with specific job openings.

4. Craft compelling and persuasive messaging to effectively communicate our firm's value proposition to tech professionals.

5. Utilize various advertising channels, including social media platforms, job boards, industry-specific websites, and relevant publications to maximize campaign reach.

7. Optimize campaign performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

8. Develop visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

10. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Skills/Experience Required:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience

2. Strong understanding of advertising principles, including social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and campaign tracking tools to measure campaign performance.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.

7. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
