We are seeking a full time Customer Retention Specialist based in our Adelaide Office.

**About your role**:
- Reach out to clients within our Korean customer-base who wish to downgrade or cancel their license, conduct a thorough needs analysis, and propose new solutions to better suit their needs.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to escalate customer concerns, solve problems, and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Assist the Retention team by collecting and analysing information from customers, providing feedback on common themes, issues, and local market trends in South Korea.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate retention strategies for various customer segments.
**What we offer**:
- A full time base annual salary plus attractive commission scheme with realistic targets in the range of AUD $60k to AUD $80k (dependent on experience).

**What we are looking for**:
- A Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Technology or Economics (or international equivalent) is preferred.
- At least two years’ relevant employment experience is required.
- Strong oral and written fluency in both the English and Korean languages (preferably a native Korean speaker).
- Knowledge of the Korean market and market trends relating to technology and IT software.
- Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis, asking the right questions to understand individual challenges and business requirements.
- Outstanding customer service, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience with de-escalation tactics, resolving issues, and proposing new solutions.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
