**Your new role**

Reporting to the Growth Optimisation Manager, the Growth Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth initiatives of the Intermediary Member Growth team by coordinating and executing various activities to enable the Intermediary Member Growth Business Development team to achieve their growth targets.

This role involves assisting with the planning, implementation, and optimisation of growth strategies, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking of growth initiatives.

Other duties include but not limited to.
- Support the planning and execution of growth initiatives, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies and tactics, leveraging data-driven insights and market research.
- Track and analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports on the progress and results of growth initiatives.
- Assist in managing and optimizing sales and marketing tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities to support growth initiatives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, sales enablement materials, and marketing content.
- Assist with customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling to support growth initiatives.

**What you’ll need**
- 3-5years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross
- functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other growth enablement tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
