- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Leading operations which includes the laboratory, collection, and courier functions within a designated area group.
- In addition to leading operations, the Area Manager will be responsible for financial management, people management, clients and patients experience, WHS, audits and compliance.

**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

- Completed degree in either a Science related discipline or a completed degree in Commerce/ Business (preferable)
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and/or pathology
- Excellent leadership, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong ability to collaborate to drive joint outcomes
- Strong business acumen
- Highly focussed on exceeding customer expectations
- Good planning and execution skills
- Attention to details and committed to excellence
- Prior leadership and sales experience within the healthcare industry is critical
- Proven success managing operations
- Demonstrated experience in driving productivity, growth and continuous improvement
